The workflow

From job post to verified delivery.

Hiring is the easy part. GigAnywhere is built around what happens after — structured workspaces, transparent work sessions, AI-assisted supervision, and a clean approval record.

Step 0 — Pick your proof level

One workflow. Three proof levels.

Not every job needs the same level of oversight. Choose the proof level that fits the work — workers see it before they apply.

Level 1

Delivery Only

For creative or simple fixed-price work where the deliverable is the proof. No session tracking. Hire, deliver, approve, pay.

  • Fixed-price escrow
  • Revision request flow
  • Standard dispute review
Level 2 · Most popular

Managed Work

For hourly or recurring work where you want progress visibility without heavy oversight. Work sessions, task checklists, AI summaries.

  • Work sessions tied to tasks
  • AI supervisor summaries
  • Client approval record
Level 3

Verified Work

For sensitive, regulated, or QA-heavy work. Identity verification, enhanced session evidence, AI supervisor rules, downloadable records.

  • Identity verification options
  • Exception alerts & QA sampling
  • Downloadable work record
Worker transparency: The proof level is shown on every job posting. Workers can decline jobs whose proof level isn't right for them. Verified sessions require explicit consent.
Step 1

Post the work.

Describe the task in your own words — or start from a template. GigAnywhere helps you structure the job so workers can quote and accept with confidence.

Job templates Pre-built scopes for common work — data entry, research, support, real estate admin.
Budget & type Fixed-price, hourly, per-record, or recurring engagements.
Proof level Delivery Only, Managed, or Verified — visible to applicants.
Required skills & tools Specific software, language, or compliance certs.
Visibility Public marketplace, invite-only, or private bench.
New job draft Managed
Step 2

Choose your worker.

Profiles are built on what workers have actually done on GigAnywhere — not how they describe themselves. Identity, skills, and reliability score travel with them.

Reliability score Built from completion rate, approval time, revision rate, and client repeat rate.
Verified work history Real engagements, real deliverables, real session counts.
Identity verification badges Optional — workers choose the level appropriate for the work they take.
Category-specific qualification Trial tasks for high-trust categories like real estate admin or BPO.

Step 3

Launch the workspace.

Workspaces turn job descriptions into operational reality: checklists, instructions, acceptance criteria, milestones, and supervisor rules — all in one place.

Task checklist Break the job into verifiable steps and mark what defines “done.”
Instructions & examples Documents, screenshots, sample outputs, edge cases.
Milestones & payments Release in stages based on verifiable completion.
AI supervisor rules Set expected behavior, on-task patterns, and what to flag.
Save as repeatable template Reuse the workspace for the same job next week, next month, or with a different worker.

Work happens inside GigAnywhere.

For Managed and Verified jobs, the worker completes tasks during structured work sessions. Sessions link activity, progress, and time to the project — no separate timesheets.

Visible session indicator Workers always see when a session is active and what's being recorded.
Task-linked activity Each session is anchored to a task — what you see is what was actually worked on.
Private/personal mode Workers can pause sessions for breaks and personal time.
Schedule adherence Optional for shift work — schedule windows are agreed up front.

Step 5

AI supervisors flag what matters.

Instead of scrolling timestamps or watching screens, you get a plain-language summary at the end of every session — plus alerts for anything that needs attention.

Session summary What got done, in how long, what was skipped, what's flagged.
Exception alerts Idle work, off-task patterns, missed checklist steps, schedule drift.
QA sampling Pull a representative sample from the deliverable for spot-checks.
Human review escalation Adverse decisions always include a human reviewer.
Session summary — Maria R., 09:02–11:16

Worker completed 87 of 250 county record lookups in 2h 14m. Average 1m 32s per record, within expected range. Process adherence 96%. Three records (#58, #72, #81) flagged for missing parcel ID — worker noted the records were absent on the county site. Short break at 10:02 (8 min). No off-task activity detected. On schedule for Friday deadline.
0 disputes

Worker has resolved every prior engagement without dispute.

Step 6

Review and approve.

Accept the deliverable, request a revision, or release a partial milestone — and keep a downloadable record of how the work was done.

One-click approval Or accept partial and request revisions on the rest.
Side-by-side review Compare deliverable to acceptance criteria and AI QA sample.
Milestone release Payment goes to the worker immediately on approval.

The worker's side

What workers see at every step.

Transparency cuts both ways. Workers see proof requirements before applying, run sessions on their terms, and build a reputation on real engagements.

Before applying

Workers see the proof level, schedule, success criteria, and AI supervisor rules on every job — and can decline before any session starts.

During a session

A visible indicator confirms when a session is active. Workers can pause for breaks and personal time without losing progress.

After delivery

AI summaries help clients understand the work performed, so reliable workers see faster approvals, fewer revisions, and repeat hiring.

When something goes wrong

Disputes have a record — and a human.

If a client and worker disagree, GigAnywhere reviews the work record, hears both sides, and decides on a release amount. Every dispute includes a human reviewer.

1

Either side opens a dispute

Within 14 days of milestone submission, before payment is released.

2

Both sides respond

Each party can attach notes, deliverables, screenshots, or context. The session record is automatically attached.

3

GigAnywhere reviewer decides

A human reviewer evaluates against the acceptance criteria and proposes a release amount — in full, partial, or held.
