Pricing FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

What does “active worker / month” mean?

An active worker is one who completes at least one billable work session in the calendar month, on a Managed or Verified engagement. The fee covers their session tools, AI supervisor cost, and work record storage.

Why do you charge per active worker?

Because that's the part with a real variable cost — AI supervisor compute, session storage, and record generation. We didn't want to bury those costs in a higher percentage fee that would penalize small jobs.

Is there a free trial?

Posting jobs is always free. During launch, you only pay the platform fee when a milestone is approved. There's no separate trial period — your first job is the trial.

Can I switch proof levels mid-engagement?

Yes — with worker consent. You can upgrade a Delivery Only engagement to Managed before the next milestone, for example, but you can't change the rules retroactively on past sessions.

What payment methods do you support?

Credit card and ACH on the client side. Direct deposit, PayPal, and select international rails on the worker side. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Do you charge anything for disputes?

No. Dispute review by a human reviewer is included in every plan. Verified Work gets priority review.

Does the launch pricing change later?

Yes — eventually. We'll publish updated pricing at least 60 days before any change, and existing engagements run out at the rate they were started under.
