For workers

Get hired for the work you actually do well.

GigAnywhere is for serious remote workers who'd rather build a reputation on verified results than fight over price and proposal volume. Clear expectations. Fair sessions. Faster payment.

The deal we make with workers

Transparency is the platform.

Verified work isn't surveillance. It's a clear agreement before work begins — what's expected, what's recorded, and how you'll get paid.

You see proof level before applying

Every job posting shows whether it's Delivery Only, Managed, or Verified — plus what's recorded and what isn't. No surprises after you accept.

Sessions are visible and consented

A visible indicator confirms when a session is active. You start, pause for breaks, and stop sessions on your terms.

AI summaries work in your favor

Clients see structured proof of your effort — not just a final file. Reliable workers get approved faster and rehired more often.

Your reputation is yours

Reliability score is built on completed engagements. It travels with you across clients and categories.

Human review for disputes

Adverse decisions get a second look. Disputes are reviewed by a human reviewer on the GigAnywhere team — not by an algorithm.

Worker-friendly fees

Clients pay platform fees. During launch, workers keep 100% of their first $1,000 earned — and we publish what we charge.

Why workers like it

A better way to prove your value.

If you do reliable work, the platform should help you stand out — not bury you under undercutters. AI supervisor summaries let clients see the effort behind your deliverable.

Fewer disputes Clear instructions and proof reduce the “did you actually finish?” loop.
Clearer scope Acceptance criteria are part of the workspace from day one.
Faster payment AI summaries help clients approve milestones the same day.
Less self-promotion grind Repeat clients hire from their bench — not from a pile of new proposals.
Real reputation Build a score from real engagements — not five-star inflation.

What's recorded — and what isn't

You read the proof level. Then you decide.

Every level is explained on the job posting before you apply. You only consent to what's right for the engagement.

Delivery Only

No sessions. No activity tracking.

For creative, design, dev, and packaged work. Hire, deliver, approve, get paid. The deliverable is the proof.

Recorded: messages, files, milestones.
Not recorded: screen, activity, schedule.

Managed Work

Task-linked work sessions.

Lightweight session tracking tied to checklist items. AI summaries help clients understand what got done.

Recorded: session start/stop, active task, checklist progress, AI summary.
Not recorded: personal app/browser activity outside the session, audio, raw keystrokes.

Verified Work

Identity verification + enhanced evidence.

For sensitive, regulated, or QA-heavy engagements where both sides need a stronger record.

Recorded: identity check at session start, schedule adherence, structured session evidence per client config.
Not recorded: personal time, breaks, paused sessions.

Worker controls. Pause for personal time. Decline jobs whose proof level doesn't fit you. Report a client who asks for off-platform tracking — we'll act on it.
Reliability score

A score that means something.

Reliability score is computed from real signals — completion rate, on-time delivery, approval rate, revision rate, and repeat-client rate — not vanity ratings.

Completion rate Did you finish the engagements you accepted?
On-time delivery Were milestones submitted by the agreed deadline?
Approval rate What share of submitted deliverables was approved on first review?
Repeat-client rate Did clients invite you back?
Process adherence For Managed and Verified work — checklist completion, schedule fit, exception rate.

Worker FAQ

Honest answers.

Do I have to use work-session tracking?
No. Many jobs run as Delivery Only — no session tracking at all. For Managed and Verified jobs, the requirements are listed on the posting. You choose what you accept.
What if a client wants to record more than the posting says?
They can't. The proof level is part of the contract. If a client asks you to track or record anything off-platform, report them. GigAnywhere acts on those reports.
Can I pause a session for personal time?
Yes. You can pause sessions for breaks, personal time, or focus work outside the engagement. Paused time is not billable, not recorded, and not on the client's view.
Who owns the work I deliver?
By default, client-owned per the engagement terms. GigAnywhere provides templates for work-made-for-hire and IP assignment language, but specific IP terms are between you and the client. See Compliance & Legal.
How fast do I get paid?
Milestones are released the same day they're approved. With AI summaries, clients on Managed and Verified jobs typically approve faster than on traditional marketplaces.
What if a client refuses to approve good work?
Open a dispute. A human reviewer on the GigAnywhere team evaluates the work record against the acceptance criteria and decides on a release amount.
